Our Award Winning Recipe for
Marinara Sauce


 1/4 cup olive oil
7 cloves of garlic chopped
1 can (28 oz ) crushed tomatoes
15 leaves of fresh basil chopped

On medium heat, cook the garlic do not let it turn brown. If it burns
 discard it and the oil and start over. Add the chopped tomatoes and
basil.
Simmer for 45 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

 The better the tomatoes and olive oil and the fresher the garlic and basil
 the better it will be.
 

 Artichoke marinara:
add 1 can of chopped artichokes packed in water
Roasted Red Pepper:
add 1 roasted red pepper pureed
 

Black Olive & Garlic:
add chopped black olives or olive paste to taste
Fat Free:
Leave out the olive oil and sauté the garlic in the juice of the tomatoes
