Francesca's Vegan Pasta.

Francesca’s Vegan Pasta is named after and inspired by our founder’s granddaughter whose compassion for animals led her to go vegan. She has shown us that choosing vegan foods doesn’t mean skimping on flavor. It simply means reaching for the cruelty-free version of our favorite foods. That’s why we are excited to offer this vegan line of pastas—it’s a delicious choice for a heart healthy, animal-friendly meal.

Our Vegan Pasta is made with unbleached wheat flour, vegetable powders and dried herbs.  Our flour is locally custom milled to provide enough gluten to bind the dough without adding whole eggs.
